Korean actor and short film auteur Yoo Ji-tae will soon direct his first feature movie, according to his manager on Wednesday.
His manager told 10Asia over the phone that Yoo will helm the full-length film "Sansevieria" (translated title) which will crank in late next month or early January.
However, he added that further information on "Sansevieria" will be unveiled at a later date.
Yoo made his debut in 1998 in film "Bye June" and has since starred in a number of notable movies such as "One Fine Spring Day" (2001) and famed director Park Chan-wook's "Oldboy" (2003) and "Sympathy For Lady Vengeance" (2005).
He expanded his career into directing and producing short films in 2003 and has several works under his belt such as "The Bike Boy," "How does the Blind dream," "out of my intention" and "Invitation."
