B2ST’s Lee Gi Kwang trying to be established as an actor through Me Too, Flower! said, “I think I’m good at acting for falling in love,” being overly chatty.
Lee Gi Kwang said that at the production report conference of MBC’s new drama Me Too, Flower! which took place at the 63 building in Yeouido, Seoul, on the 31st.
In this drama, Lee Gi Kwang is playing the role of Jo Ma Roo, a new recruit who falls in love with Cha Bong Sun, a sensitive female police officer. He said, “I think I’m good at acting for falling in love with actresses,” being overly chatty.
Lee Gi Kwang previously played the roles that fell in love with Hwang Jung Eum in High Kick Through the Roof and with Kim Tae Hee in My Princess.
He said, “I act for falling in love on my first scene. Later in the drama, I also fall in love with Yoon Si Yoon. I think the director chose me for that,” making a smiling face.
He also emphasized that “I think Rain is really great as a singer and an actor. When he played his roles inFull House and Sang Doo, Let’s Go To School, I wondered how he could act so well as a singer. I want to be like that as well.”
To the question asking if he thought he was the best in acting among all B2ST’s members, he waved his hands and answered, “no, I don’t think so. Du Jun is so good, too.”
Me Too, Flower! is a romantic comedy written by Kim Do Woo of Fox, What Are You Doing? and directed by Ko Dong Sun of Queen of Housewives, and describes a romance between a picky police officer and a two-faced undercover boss. It will be first aired on November 9.
