Today I saw BYJ here in the US. At first,I couldn’t see BYJ because of his manager* who was next to BYJ, and the manager’s glasses caught my attention but my older sister who was with me, said it looked like it was BYJ.Thinking to myself, could it really be him? we followed walking behind them and to my surprise it really was BYJ!!But he was shorter than I thought he would be which made me wonder, is it really him?
วันนี้ฉันเจอเบยองจุนที่อเมริกาค่ะ ตอนแรกฉันไม่เห็นเบยองจุน เพราะผู้จัดการส่วนตัวของเขายืนบังอยู่ข้างหน้า และแว่นของผู้จัดการคนนี้ทำให้ฉันสนใจ แต่พี่สาวของฉันซึ่งไปด้วยกัน บอกว่า เค้าเห็นคนๆ นั้นคล้ายเบยองจุน ฉันก็คิดไปว่า จะเป็นเค้าจริงๆ หรือ? พวกเราเลยเดินตามหลังพวกเค้าไป และก็ต้องประหลาดใจที่เค้าคือเบยองจุนจริงๆ ค่ะ !!!! แต่เค้าไม่สูงเท่าที่ฉันเคยคิด มันเลยทำให้ฉันแปลกใจว่า ใช่เขาจริงๆ หรือนี่?
Then my brave older sister asked him, “Could you perhaps be BYJ?”
We tried taking a photo of him but he said apologetically, “Photos are not allowed” and immediately said, “I’m happy to meet you” while offering a handshake. Of course we could not take a photo of him..The manager and BYJ together went walking off..He had a really small face…I was surprised that he was inconspicuous compared to other entertainers~*The writer refers to his manager but it appears that it was photographer Kim Tae Hwan.
แล้ว พี่สาวผู้แสนจะกล้าหาญของฉันก็ถามเค้าว่า “คุณใช่เบยองจุนหรือเปล่าค่ะ?
พวกเราพยายามถ่ายรุปเค้า แต่เค้าบอกขออภัย “ไม่อนุญาตให้ถ่ายรุปครับ” และกล่าวขึ้นทันทีว่า “ผมยินดีที่ได้พบคุณครับ” ขณะที่กำลังยื่นมือเพื่อจับมือทักทาย เพราะว่าพวกเราไม่สามารถถ่ายภาพเขาได้ ผู้จัดการและเบยองจุนเดินออกไป เค้ามีใบหน้าที่เล็กจริงๆ....ฉันประหลาดใจที่เค้าไม่ค่อยโดดเด่นแตกต่างจากดาราคนอื่นๆ ***.(ผู้เขียนที่พูดถึงผู้จัดการของเค้า แต่จริงๆ แล้วคนนั้นคือ ช่างภาพ คิม แตฮวาน

p.s. inconspicuous? wuri yong joon...? or maybe the writer had meant to say he didn't go around with a HUGE entourage and that he was rather low-key quiet...? oh my, inconspicuous...? hee...and, that 'small face' observation kept popping up! seems like whoever had seen him for the first time nearly always had that to say about him...

ปล. ไม่โดดเด่นหรือคะ? ยองจุนน่ะหรือ? หรือบางทีผู้เขียนอาจจะหมายถึง เขาไม่ได้อยู่ท่ามกลางผู้ติดตามหล่อ ๆ และเพราะเขาค่อนข้างเสียงทุ้มต่ำหรือเปล่า? โอ ฉัน, ไม่โดดเด่นหรือ? เฮ้....และ, สังเกตเห็นว่าใบหน้าเล็กช่วงพริบตา! เหมือนกับที่หลายคนที่เคยเห็นเค้าเป็นครั้งแรกจะพูดถึงเค้าแบบนี้เสมอเลยค่ะ

The place that the two sisters encountered BYJ was at South of Houston in NY.I read this story in Korean in KOB yesterday.They were really lucky I guess.I heard that BYJ and the photographer, Kim Tae Hawn are in LA now.I'm so happy to hear about YJ as well.In addition , I'm relieved that he can enjoy his freedom without entourage.I look forward to seeing refreshed YJ again in Korea. "YJ, please take a good care of yourself in the US."
