Today is very special for me...First I went to BYJ Opening Ceremony of NY Fan Club at NY Athletic club located at Central Park South. I sent email on Friday to register and I got reply on Saturday that I was registered and bring that email with $100. I went there and attended the ceremony as $100 at NY Athletic club is not expensive (compare to $60-75 of our Office Retirement parties at small nearby restaurants). There were about 120 people, all Japanese except me, my friend and a young Korean man (Master of ceremony). Most of them don't even know he would come or not. They are selling BYJ accessories, posters, calendars, etc. And, I saw BYJ's pictures (to be given to us) saying "Dear NY Family, Congratulations on the establishment of NY fan club. Best Rregards, BYJ (his signature)" (so, they have some connection with him and he already knew about this club). We watched some clips from his dramas and movies after lunch. And A doctorf rom Breast cancer society gave us speech (all in Japanese so I can't tell you the detail).Then later they announced he could not come because of his tight schedule for CF shooting (for Samsung Electronics). They said he was at 40th Street an 7th Ave. So, After the fan club ceremony I rushed to 40th Street. When I got there it was only 2:30 pm. Only few people were there. My friend and I were so excited to see him. He was in light gray suit with ponytail. I think he lost some weight compare to him in TWSSG. Then another Japanese fan from fan club joined us. We were watching him shooting and while he was looking at us, we showed his picture we got from fan club (signed by him for NY family). He looked surprised and smiled at us (I will never forget his expression). Then after few minutes, he went back to RV to take rest. We waited outside and asked the crews to get his autograph. We gave him our names written at the back of that same picture. But, you know how nice he was, He wrote our names with his handwriting..!!! How wonderful..!! After few minutes, he came out back for shooting. We told him thank you for signing the photo and we shaked hand with him.... OH MY....!! he was so nice and so gorgeous. The people were curious who he was, so my Japanese friend told them he is Asian #1 star, Asian Brad Pitt (BTW, I don't like Brad Pitt though as he has pentagon shape jaws..) I prefer to use "Asia's mega star" like in trailer of April Snow. I left around 7:00 pm, got home and editing pictures to post here though I am very tired of standing from 2:30 to 7:30 pm.
