คิมฮยอนจุง (Kim Hyun Joong) กลับมาแสดงอีกครั้งในละครเรื่อง Playful Kiss ของทางสถานี MBC หนึ่งปีให้หลังจากละครเรื่อง Boys Over Flower” แต่เขากลับได้เรทติ้งที่ไม่ดี และน่าผิดหวังเพียงด้วยตัวเลขตัวเดียว ซึ่งถูกคาดหวังกันว่ามันน่าจะสูงกว่านี้ เพราะว่านี่เป็นงานแรกของเขา ตั้งแต่ที่เขาย้ายไปอยู่ที่บริษัทของเบยองจุน (Bae Yong Joon) ที่ชื่อว่า Key East

เบยองจุนเป็นรุ่นพี่ที่ดีสำหรับเขา เหมือนเป็นแบบอย่างให้เขา และพวกเขาก็เข้ากันได้ดีอีกด้วย
