[News] Yun Eun-hye and Kang Ji-hwan cast in “Do you lie to me?” SBS new drama

Yun Eun-hye and actor Kang Ji-hwan have been cast in a new SBS drama, according to the drama’s promoter 'YTREE MEDIA' on Friday.

A press release by YTREE explained today that Yoon and Kang will star in a romantic comedy whose title can be translated as “Do you lie to me?” which is set to air on May 9, after ongoing series "Midas."

Yun will play Kong Ah-jung a twenty-something active and energetic single woman who gets entangled in a marriage scandal that started out with a single lie and Kang, a young and handsome president of a hotel whose reputation gets ruined along the way.

“I’m glad to return to another good drama and I look forward to showing other diverse sides of me through the character Hyun Ki-joon,” Kang was quoted as saying in the statement.

Kang made his debut in the entertainment industry through the musical "Rocky Horror Show" in 2001 and has since appeared on the small and big screen with his roles in "Be Strong, Geum-soon!" (MBC, 2005), "Hong Gil-dong, the Hero" (KBS2, 2008) and "My Girlfriend is an Agent" (2009).

Yun made her debut as a member in the girl group Baby VOX in 1997 and later rose to stardom and throughout Asia after starring in the smash hit TV series “The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince" (MBC, 2007) alongside actor Gong Yoo and in "My Fair Lady" (KBS, 2009) with Yoon Sang-hyun. She also starred to tow films “The Legend of Seven Cutter” (2006) and recently, “Little Black Dress” (2011).
