“Ji Sung feels like he’ll be a good husband, and I think Jaejoong has something special he was born with that enabled him to become a star.”
This was what actress Choi Kang Hee applauded her co-actors of SBS drama “Protect the Boss” with, having completed the drama successfully on September 29.
Recently in an interview with Yeonhap News, she had this to say for her same-aged counterpart, who had acted as her lover in her drama: “Someone said his IQ was 147, and I think he really is smart.”
She continued on with, “Working with Ji Sung was really well done. He researched ad-libbing a lot, so in the midst of acting he’d be comic at times, but it melted in really well in the scenes. Ji Sung has both a mature and baby-like side. I think since he’s kind, he’ll be good husband material.”
Choi Kang Hee went on to compliment Jaejoong, singer of group JYJ and a rookie in the acting world. “Even though acting was new for him, there was something he was born with. He had something that was instinctive. There was a reason he was a star. Jaejoong is very nice, it was fun acting with him.”
Regarding actor Park Young Gyu, who’d played the role of Ji Sung’s father in the drama, she held up her thumb and said, “A real cool guy.”
She commented, “Even though Park Young Gyu was older, I didn’t feel any age gap between us. He’s a really charming and passionate person. I felt that he was a really young person, and I thought that I’d like to live young like that when I turn that age. During the whole filming, I don’t know how many inspirational things he said. We all suggested that he gather up those good words and publish them out in a book.”
Choi Kang Hee has currently finished starring in drama “Protect the Boss” and will have a period of rest before carrying out pent-up schedules pushed back due to the filming of the drama.
