Korean actor Jo In-sung has signed an exclusive contract with IOK Company which manages the career of top actress Ko Hyun-jung.
An official with IOK told 10Asia over the phone on Friday that Jo joined the firm after the contract with his former agency Sidus HQ ended last month.
"Jo and Ko have been good friends since they starred in SBS' drama 'Spring Day' together in 2005. We hope to support Zo in all his future projects," he said.
Making his debut in 1998, Jo had appeared in a number of movies and dramas before serving in the military for two years, including "What Happened in Bali (SBS, 2004)," "Nonstop 2 (MBC, 2001)" and "Classic (2003)" and "Frozen Flower (2008)."
Since his return to the industry from his mandatory military service in May last year, Jo has shot several commercials and is currently reviewing a number of projects to make his comeback with.
