Jang Keun Suk once again proved his soaring popularity through the results of his first full-length Japanese album sales.
According to the United World Chart on June 13, Jang Keun Suk’s “Just Crazy” took the 4th place spot. The United World Chart lists the top album sales from 36 different countries around the world including America’s Billboard, Japan’s Oricon and England’s UK Chart.
Jang Keun Suk trumped an Icelandic rock band, Sigur Ros to claim the #4 spot. The top #1 spot belonged to Adele, followed byJohn Mayer and One Direction for the 2nd and 3rd spots, respectively.
As soon as Jang Keun Suk’s “Just Crazy” was released in Japan, it took over the #1 spot on the Oricon Daily Chart as well as the Weekly Chart. This ended Japanese group Mr. Children‘s 3 week run as #1 on the Weekly Chart and without any kind of special promotion, “Just Crazy” has sold over 88,000 copies so far.
Meanwhile, Jang Keun Suk is preparing for his Asia Tour, “The CRI Show 2,” which starts in Seoul and moves on to Japan in four other cities. Concerts will also be held in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taiwan, Thailand and others.
