Keyeast Co., Ltd. (www.keyeast.co.kr) announced on January 15, 2009 that it has set up a limited liability company for the production of the performing arts school television series entitled Dream High.

The establishment of Holim (name subject to change) represents the first step taken in connection with the execution on January 6, 2009 by Keyeast and JYP Entertainment of an agreement for the production of the television series. Holim will be the entity used to carry out the Dream High project.

Keyeast and JYP Entertainment will each make equal contributions to the 100,000,000 Korean Won initial capital of Holim.

A spokesperson for Keyeast said that Holim is the noun form of ®holida (Korean verb meaning to become captivated by) and it was selected as the name of the affiliated company to signify the intention to create content which catches the attention of the entire global audience.

The spokesperson then went on to say that through this project, which represents the first step of Keyeast, which is a company now, in addition to its talent management and merchandising businesses, involved in the creation of content capable of producing income in a variety of fields, Keyeast will lay down a foundation that will allow it to be the number one domestic entertainment content enterprise at the vanguard of the Asian Wave.
