The Face Shop, 'Save Nature' campaign with BYJ



The Face Shop (Song Kiryeong, CEO, www.thefaceshop.com) announced that it will launch Save Nature campaign in a large scale in Myeong Dong, Seoul, along with its exclusive model, BYJ, from April 3, to widely inform preciousness and beauty of the nature, and to lead environmental protection.


The event in this time is a part of Save Nature, the Face Shop's 2009 annual environmental protection campaign, and BYJ, its exclusive model, came to participate in it, because he felt sympathy toward profoundly meaningful campaign object, and for a contribution to the society. The Face Shop and BYJ plan to donate entire profit that they get during the period of this campaign, which is scheduled to proceed for one month of April, to The Korean National Trust, Inc, (Yang Byeongyi, CEO, www.nationaltrust.or.kr), a citizen's environmental (protection) organizaiton. The Face Shop has been supporting The Korean National Trust's preservation works for rare natural heritage and cultural heritage, for 3 consecutive years since past 2007.


Song Kiryeong, CEO at The Face Shop, told, "We prepared this campaign along with our exclusive model, Mr. BYJ, to deliver friendly the importance of environmental protection and beauty of our nature to customers."


Events will be held by MCs Park Soohong and Jeong Hyeongdon, on Tabbly Mall out door stage across Myeong Dong Milleore, from 3 to 5 PM on the 3 (Friday), the first day of Save Nature campaign, and from 2 to 4 on 4 & 5, weekends.


In that event, they will be performances by famous singers, Kim Jongkook, SGWannabe, Fly to the Sky, Sohn Hoyoung, FTIsland, Kara, etc, to congratulate it. After the performances are over, they will distribute customers Message Bean containing message of environmental protection in street campaign.
