Hallyu star Lee Joon-gi will meet with his fans in China next weekend, according to his agency IMX.
His long-awaited meeting with Chinese fans will be held in Shanghai on April 28, an official from IMX explained to 10Asia in a phone interview on Friday.
"The format of the meeting will be similar to the previous ones. Once he returns to Korea, he will begin preparing for his upcoming TV series, 'Arasatojeon' (tentative title)," the official said.
Lee will play a man named Eun-oh, who has a cynical and prickly personality that has the ability to see ghosts. Eun-oh begins to wander around the country trying to find his mother who suddenly died.
In the meantime, Lee will also drop the Korean version of his Japanese single "DEUCER" in Korea on April 25, but the rep added that he will not make any appearances on televised music programs with the release.
Lee shot to stardom after starring in the 2005 hit movie "The King and the Clown" and also starred in TV series "My Girl," "Iljimae" and "Hero."
