1호점 '고시레'의 호응 속에 2호점 오픈 (Old News)
(도쿄=연합뉴스) 이태문 통신원 = 한류스타 배용준이 2006년 8월 도쿄 시로가네다이에 오픈한 한국 전통음식점 '고시레(高矢禮)'에 이어 다음달 10일 나고야시 선샤인사카에 6층에 2호점인 '고시레 화(火)'를 정식 오픈한다.
무게있는 검은색을 중심으로 우아하고 고급스러운 분위기를 살린 1호점과 달리 2호점은 '불'을 테마로 깔끔한 실내장식에 한국 술과 함께 구이와 볶음 등 다양한 한국 요리를 즐길 수 있는 술집 풍으로 꾸며졌다.
57평 규모에 80석을 갖춘 '고시레 화'는 오후 5시부터 영업을 시작하며, 스페셜 타임을 통해 색다른 서비스도 선보일 예정이다.

Get a taste of Bae Yong-joon-again
Before giving details on the restaurant, let’s walk through the food. At first glance, the layout and colors of the dishes looked scrumptious, but at closer inspection-the first thought that came to mind was? is this traditional Korean food? Hell no. More like bastardized Korean food (excuse my French). Bae Yong-joon mixes “anju” with other side dished. For example, odeng (fish cake soup) is never eaten for dinner as part of a traditional meal. It is usually an afternoon snack for kids or “an-ju” (hot and cold snacks served with alcohol). Ditto with pajeon (green onion pancake-yum!), which looks unappetizing and doughy. The “hye-dok-bab” (mixed rice with sashimi and vegetables bound together with a Korean chili-paste sauce) is generally a meal in itself. I could go on…but I will spare you.
So this is the spread that you can have at Bae Yong-joon’s restaurant, ‘Gosireh’ in Japan. The money-maker has one restaurant in Tokyo and will open a 2nd in Nagoya City in October 2008.
