The Spy Korean Drama 'Runaway' Adds Daniel Henney to the Cast List. After my latest post told about the cast addition for the action-spy Korean drama ‘Runaway’ or ‘Fugitive’, right now it will be a further news about the cast of drama. As we knew, the drama had bounced because its mega-scale cast list, including Rain, Lee Na Young, and Lee Jung Jin. Now, the American-Korean actor-model Daniel Henney has confirmed to join the blitz.
A source stated that for Daniel’s character they can’t unveil the details yet, but one thing is certain is his role will have a love triangle between Rain and Lee Na Young’s character. The drama will be his first appearance after 4 year break from the Korean drama industry.
Daniel embarked his debut acting in the 2005 MBC Korean drama ‘Hello, Fransesca’. Since then, he has joined some Korean drama and film project. He started gaining his popularity by playing as a gorgeous man in the most favored romantic comedy Korean drama ‘My Name is Kim Sam Soon’ and the season-series Korean drama ‘Spring Waltz’. His first film project is ‘Seducing Mr. Prefect’ opposite Uhm Jung Hwa. In 2007, he played in ‘My Father’. Last year, he joined the Hollywood film project by playing the role of Agent Zero in ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’.
The filming is currently underway. 'Fugitive' or 'Runaway' is aimed to release on September through KBS.
