ลีซูมาน (Lee Soo Man) ผู้อำนวยการบริษัท SM Entertainment กลายเป็นศิลปินคนแรกที่ได้ถือหุ้นที่มีมูลค่าสูงแตะระดับ 1 แสนล้านวอน

ลีซูมาน เป็นผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่ในบริษัท SM Entertainment ค่ายเพลงยักษ์ใหญ่ของเกาหลี โดยเขามีหุ้นในครอบครองทั้งหมด 28.25% คิดเป็นจำนวน 4,541,165 หุ้น จากการเปิดเผยของ SM ในตลาดหุ้น KOSDAQ วานนี้ (1 พ.ย.) มูลค่าหุ้นของ SM ทะยานขึ้นไปในระบบ 22,200 วอนต่อหุ้น ส่งผลให้ลีซูมานกลายเป็นศิลปินคนแรกที่มีมูลค่าหุ้นกว่า 100,820,523,000 วอน (หนึ่งแสนล้านวอน) (ประมาณ 2,670 ล้านบาท) ไปเรียบร้อย

ถึงแม้ว่ามูลค่าหุ้นของ SM ในวันที่ 2 ตุลาคม จะตกลงมา 3.38% เหลือ 21,450 วอน แต่ก็ยังคงทำให้ลีซูมานมีมูลค่าหุ้นรวม 97,414,424,250 วอน (เก้าหมื่นเจ็ดพันล้านวอน) ซึ่งใกล้เคียงกับระดับ 1 แสนล้านวอนเช่นเดิม

SM Entertainment เป็นต้นสังกัดของศิลปินอย่าง BoA, So Nyeo Shi Dae, Super Junior, SHINee, f(x) ฯลฯ มียอดจำหน่ายอัลบั้มทั้งในเกาหลีและต่างประเทศเป็นจำนวนมาก ขณะนี้บริษัทกำลังอยู่ในดำเนินการทำธุรกิจด้าน 2D กับ Samsung Electronics

นอกจากนี้ผู้ที่เป็นศิลปินและมีมูลค่าหุ้นสูงที่สุดเป็นอันดับที่ 2 นั้นตกเป็นของ เบยงจุน (Bae Yong Jun) โดยเขามีหุ้มใน KEYEAST รวม 4,380,102 หุ้น (34.6%) มูลค่าหุ้นเมื่อวานนี้ 4140 วอนต่อหุ้น ทำให้เขามีมูลค่าหุ้นรวม 18,133,622,280 ล้านวอน

Lee Soo-man, the former singer and currently the largest shareholder of SM Entertainment, is the richest entertainment celebrity in terms of stockholdings.

According to analysis by Chaebul.com last Friday, 10 celebrities in the entertainment business had stock valued at W100 million (US$1=W1,137) or more as of Thursday last week. Lee Soo-man, who holds 28.25 percent in SM Entertainment, had the highest valued stocks at W26.2 billion.

Next was Korean wave megastar and entrepreneur Bae Yong-joon, the largest shareholder in Kosdaq-listed KeyEast with 34.6 percent worth W10.93 billion. He was at the top of the list until mid-2009.

Former singer Yang Soo-kyung, the wife of Yedang Entertainment Company CEO Byun Du-seop, was in third with shares in Yedang valued at W3.06 billion. K-pop superstar Rain, the largest shareholder in J.Tune Entertainment, ranked fourth with W2.01 billion. Actress Kyun Mi-ri was at fifth with stock holdings in FCBTwelve of W1.87 billion.
