The veteran singer made a surprise appearance at Rainie's concert in Taipei

On Sep 25, 27-year-old Taiwanese singer Rainie Yang held her Legacy Live Concert in Taipei, where she mesmerised the audiences with her spectacular costume changes. That night, she transformed into a 'Rock Fairy', a 'White Angel', and a 'Black Queen'.

During her concert, veteran singer Harlem Yu made a surprise appearance on stage, startling the singer.

After regaining her composure, Rainie laughed, "Don't you know that I like you? How dare you turn up here! I really want to marry you now!"

A shocked Harlem hurriedly told the singer "not to tell such jokes, because there are many people here". However, the audience quickly joined in the fun and urged the couple to "kiss each other".

"You don't gain anything if I kiss her. I'll just sing," an awkward Harlem said.

He later paired up with Rainie for a duet of her hit song Ai Mei. After the song, Rainie teased again, "You supported me with your actions, how can I not marry you?" causing the veteran singer to give an embarrassed smile.

During the concert, Rainie also covered classic hits from veteran singer-songwriters including Tanya Chua, Cheer Chen and Peggy Hsu. The singer also showed off her harmonica-playing skills, which she recently took up, and earned a huge round of applause from the audience.
