[News] Noh Min Woo Considers New Sitcom ‘Vampire Idol’.

Noh Min Woo has recently confirmed ‘Full House 2’, but I doubt it will get on filming very soon since we heard the rumors for ages and just had the official decision a few weeks ago, so it will probably take some time to have a another progress, no? BUT luckily, he is also reported to consider another possible project, which’s called ‘Vampire Idol’. Aand it looks more interesting for me.

This is a new daily sitcom from cable network MBN, following the story of a vampire prince who travels from a vampire star and ends up in a Korean high school to fulfill his dream of becoming an idol star. Hee?! The premise sounds…weird yet amusing! Vampire and comedy. It’s a rare-yet-interesting combination. I’m certainly looking forward to the prospect.

The sitcom also stars comedian Shin Dong Yup and veteran actress Kim Sumi (Marrying the Mafia) who will play a married couple. The pair has a 19-year age gap, but that’s the point of the casting, since Shin will be playing a vampire who never ages, while the love of his life is a human who ages as normal. Yes, I love the casting so far!

‘Vampire Idol’ is still casting and scheduled to release in December.
