Park Shin-hye has signed an exclusive contract with a management agency in Japan, according to her agency 4HIM Entertainment.
4HIM announced in a press release that Park will officially kick off her activities in Japan under the management of IMX which manages the careers of Korean stars Bae Yong-joon, Lee Joon-ki, Lee Min-ho, So Ji-sub, Son Ye-jin, Ahn Jae-wook and idol group ZE:A.
IMX is also one of the first agencies in Japan to air various Korean TV series online such as “Hotelier” (MBC, 2001) and “My Name is Kim Sam-soon” (MBC, 2005).
"We have high expectations for Park in the country because of her acting skills and appearance," an official with IMX said in the press release. "We will do our best in providing the necessities to expand her career."
Park, 21, has been one of Korea's most popular actresses in the Asia region since rising to stardom through TV series "He's Beautiful" in 2009. She had recently visited Japan for interview with local media outlets.
