Kim Hee Sun is receiving international recognition for her beauty.
The actresses’ agency revealed on October 26 that Kim Hee Sun would grace the stage as a representative of Korea for the upcoming 9th ‘Cosmopolitan Asia Beauty Award’ in Shanghai.
The Cosmopolitan Asia Beauty Awards recognizes the year’s most attention receiving star and makeup brands. A female actress from Korea, China and Hong Kong are selected each year as one of the ‘beauty icons’ with one actress ultimately revealed at the ceremony as ‘this year’s icon’.
Kim Hee Sun’s popularity in China is said to be growing steadily since the airing of her current SBS drama, Faith.
She will wrap up filming for Faith next week and head to Shanghai for the award ceremony in early November.
