Actor Jae Hee has joined the cast of SBS’ Jang Ok Jung.
After Yoo Ah In joined Jang Ok Jung as the male lead, the agency of Jae Hee announced he would be joining the period drama as well.
Jae Hee will play Hyun Chi Soo, the first love of Jang Ok Jeong (Kim Tae Hee). In the drama, after Jang Ok Jeong enters the royal palaces, Hyun Chi Soo attempts to win her back by going to China and returning as Joseon′s wealthiest man.
In turn, he will face Kim Sukjeong (Yoo Ah In) as their rivalry heats up over the course of the drama’s storyline.
Jang Ok Jung will begin shooting towards the end of this month and premiere on SBS in April.
