Actor Yoo Seung Ho, who recently completed MBC Wednesday-Thursday series Missing You, will get ready to join the army.

On January 18, a spokesperson for Yoo said, “Since he has finished the series, he will try to join the army as soon as possible.”

“Of course we don’t know when he will join the army because the Ministry of National Defense and the Office of Military Manpower Administration are in charge of mandatory military service. But he wants to enter the army as soon as possible.”

According to the spokesperson, Yoo will complete the works that he previously planned and have some time off with his family prior to entering the army.

The spokesperson also talked about his superb performances. “We are thankful for all praises but we think there still are many projects to do. He will try harder to focus on his performance after completing his military service.”

Yoo played the role of a serial killer named Kang Hyung Joon on Missing You and received many favorable reviews. He debuted as a child actor but he has transitioned into an adult actor through the series.
