The SBS drama “That Winter, the Wind Blows” has secured its top spot five weeks in a row on the Wednesday and Thursday TV chart.

The Zo In-sung and Song Hye-kyo starrer sat atop the chart after drawing in an average of 12.2 percent viewers during the week of March 13 and 14, TNmS [Total National Multimedia Statistics] showed on Friday.

The melodrama’s two leads, the bad guy Oh Soo [Zo] and a rich blind woman Oh Yeong [Song], have been portraying a story about forbidden love as Yeong failed to resist her feelings for Soo, who is masquerading as her brother.

The KBS blockbuster “IRIS 2,” a sequel to the 2009 hit spy thriller “IRIS,” landed at No. 2 with an average of 10.1 percent ratings, giving a little disappointment to the series’ long-awaited fans.

Sitting at the bottom of the chart is the SBS romcom “7th Grade Civil Servant,” which grabbed an average of 8.9 percent viewers, who are enjoying the sweet romance depicted by Joo Won and Choi Kang-hee.

Meanwhile, Nielsen Korea showed the three dramas in the same order with slightly different figures from those of TNmS during the second week of March.

While “That Winter” continued its winning streak with 14.5 percent, “IRIS 2” and “7th Grade” ranked at the following two spots with 10.0 and 8.2 percent, respectively.
