Keyeast Inc.(CEO: Gyuhark Moon), Asian media & contents company, acquired 80,870 shares(62.3%, app. $ 3,581,923) of BOF international(BOFi) which is established in order to directly make a business in Japan. In addition, Yong Joon Bae took 40,000 shares (33.07%, $1,772,216) in BOF International.
BOFi, which is established by acquiring A-kitchen, having promoted high-quality Korean restaurant business, has a strategy to help its belonging stars-Yongjoon Bae, Jisub So, Nayoung Lee, Kanghee Choi, and Jiah E- to do their service in Japan through internalization strategy, and find new faces in Japan and train them into global stars. Besides, BOFi will directly handle all the works of a likeness, licensing business, MD, and producing and distributing media contents in Japan.
BOFi decided the overseas expansion as realizing the rapid growth of Korean Wave stars in Japan and a potential of Korean entertainment contents sales. BOFi will continuously develop new business area in Japanese entertainment market. Several great projects under consideration will be opened to the public according to schedule.

Hallyu superstar Bae Yong-joon, K-pop group Shinhwa, singer Kim Jong-min and actors Lee Jung-jae and Hong Suk-chun are some of the celebrities who have entered the restaurant business.
