About the English edition of "the Beauty of Korea"

I’m sure that this must be the news that we waiting for, about the English version of “Beauty of Korea”. Let’s check it out!

Hi Bae-sisters,

Several days ago, I've heard the news that the English edition of "the Beauty of Korea" might not be published.

I called BOF, and there was a good news and a bad news. The good news is, they will publish the English version. The bad news is, the publication of the English version will be - inevitably - delayed for some time.

The date of publication is not settled, and the staff told me that they might be able to answer the schedule when it gets near the end of this year.

I reminded the staff that there are many English-speaking fans who are waiting for the book, and that Korean fans are also waiting for English version so that they can present the book to their foreign friends or local libraries.

The staff asked me to "wait patiently and watch BOF proceed with their project".

I hope you not to be disappointed with the delay.
Actually, many Korean fans raised concern about the English version, and several K-sisters volunteered to join the "translation team" in case there is no English version.

So let's cheer up.
We're the Bae-sisters, aren't we?

Thanks Gaulsan for caring and sharing this with family. I really appreciated.^^ And as always, “wait patiently” is the sacred word for the ones who love BYJ. So be patient, sisters! And encouraging BYJ & BOF to accomplish the English version ASAP. I think they really need this. You know, it’s a mission impossible for them. But please put your faith to BYJ. “Impossible is not in BYJ’s Dictionary”. ^^

เมื่อหลายวันก่อน ฉันได้ข่าวว่าอาจไม่มีการตีพิมพ์ "The Beauty of Korea" ฉบับภาษาอังกฤษ

ฉันจึงโทรไปที่ BOF และได้รับทั้งข่าวดีและข่าวร้าย ข่าวดีก็คือจะมีการตีพิมพ์ฉบับภาษาอังกฤษ ข่าวร้ายก็คือ การตีพิมพ์อาจต้องล่าช้าไปแบบไม่มีกำหนด

ยังไม่มีการกำหนดวัน และทางทีมงานบอกว่าคงจะบอกได้ประมาณใกล้ๆ สิ้นปี

ฉันได้ย้ำกับทีมงานว่ามีแฟนๆ ในต่างประเทศ (ที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลัก) มากมายที่รอคอยฉบับภาษาอังกฤษนี้อยู่ รวมทั้งแฟนๆ ชาวเกาหลีที่รอคอยจะมอบหนังสือเล่มนี้ให้กับเพื่อนๆ ต่างชาติและตามห้องสมุดต่างๆ ด้วย

ทีมงานขอให้ฉัน “รอคอยอย่างอดทน และคอยติดตามข่าวคราวความคืบหน้าจาก BOF"

หวังว่าทุกคนคงไม่ผิดหวังกับความล่าช้านี้ ที่จริงมีแฟนๆ เกาหลีมากมายที่ถามไถ่เรื่องฉบับภาษาอังกฤษนี้ และพี่น้องชาวเกาหลียินดีอาสาเข้าร่วม “ทีมแปล” เผื่อว่าไม่มีฉบับภาษาอังกฤษออกมาจริงๆ

ขอให้สบายใจได้ ก็เราเป็นครอบครัวเบยงจุนไม่ใช่หรือ

ก็ต้องขอขอบคุณ Gaulsan ที่ช่วยติดตามถามไถ่ข่าวนี้มาให้เรา ขอขอบคุณจริงๆ และคำว่า “รอคอยอย่างอดทน” เปรียบเสมือนประโยคศักดิ์สิทธิ์ที่เราคุ้นหูกันดีในฐานะผู้ที่รักเบยงจุน (เพราะต้องรอคอยอย่างอดทนมาตลอด 14-15 ปีแล้วนี่) เพราะฉะนั้นก็ขอให้อดใจรอต่อไปนะคะ แล้วช่วยกันส่งกำลังใจไปให้ BYJ และ BOF ทำภารกิจนี้ให้สำเร็จลุล่วง พวกเขาคงต้องการมันอย่างมากทีเดียว เพราะงานนี้นับว่าเป็นงานปราบเซียนสำหรับพวกเขาค่ะ (อย่างที่รู้กันนะคะว่าคนเกาหลีเป็นโรคแพ้ภาษาอังกฤษ) แต่ขอให้ทุกคนมีศรัทธาและเชื่อใจ BYJ เพราะ “คำว่า เป็นไปไม่ได้ ไม่มีอยู่ในพจนานุกรมของเบยงจุน” ค่ะ (ขอยืมใช้หน่อยนะคะ คุณพี่นโปเลียน...)
