Park Jin Young, who is a singer and a producer, attended the first script reading of KBS2TV drama “Dream High” (producer, Lee Eung Bok). It was his first step as an actor.

On the 6th, Park Jin Young attended the first script reading of “Dream High” in Yeoeuido, Seoul starting at 9 p.m.

Producer Lee Eung Bok, Park Jin Young, Tack Yeon of 2PM, Suzy of Miss A, IU, Joo, Kim Soo Hyun, and Eom Ki Joon attended the reading.

His script reading is recognized because it is his first work as an actor. However, he is 20 year old veteran in his singing career. He debuted as a singer in 1994 and is the CEO of a major agency.

According to someone who attended the reading, Park Jin Young earnestly attended the script reading as “a new actor”.

It is said that he might show off because he was with Taec Yeon, Woo Young, Suzie, and Joo who belong to JYP Entertainment. But it’s said that he was more earnest than anyone else.

Producer Lee Eung Bok asked, “How was it?”, and he answered with confidence by saying, “I think I can do it.”

“Dream High” is about the students who are growing with the incidents and conflicts of art school. It could be a drama which shows the real aspects of the entertainment industry in Korea with many things worth seeing like the songs, dance, and acting.

This drama is about the art school students who dream to become stars. It has made headlines due to the participation of Bae Yong Joon and Park Jin Young since the beginning stage. It will air starting January 3rd of next year.
