The aftermath of the stir caused by Seo Tai Ji and Lee Ji Ah has been tremendous. Every rumor and unconfirmed story has been spread though the Internet and people are crazy about disclosing actress Lee Ji Ah's private stories. People are worrying about revealing secrets for a "witch-hunt." On April 22, when the secret about a 14 year marriage between Seo Tai Ji and Lee Ji Ah was disclosed, an Internet website using Lee Ji Ah's name (lee-zia.com) was created, and neverending series of information and reports about her past stories, private life, and people surrounding her have come.
The website subtitled "Lee Ji Ah, Who Is She?" has collected every news report and Netizens' writing on her concerning this stir. Seo Tai Ji also had kept his private life a secret, but almost every story of his school days and other information had already been disclosed in the past. On the other hand, Lee Ji Ah's real name and real age were unveiled from this incident, so a great deal of information about her has been pouring in endlessly.
The Internet website has been flooded with her photos taken in elementary school regarding her relationship with other classmates, her personal stories, and stories of her sisters, parents, relatives, and friends. Those stories were unveiled with the purpose of "disclosing truth," but the atmosphere is close to a "witch-hunt" that people want to completely disclose a person's every secret.
Lee Ji Ah's agency Keyeast released a report on April 23 to ask people to refrain from disclosing information about other people's personal information and private lives besides Lee Ji Ah. Keyeast said, "Lee Ji Ah's family members, relatives, and her friends have nothing to do with this incident, and they are ordinary people. They are having a difficult time and you are hurting their feelings from this incident. Please respect those people and do not unveil any more information on those people."
Another Internet website entitled "seojinyoy.com" meaning "We want truth from Seo Tai Ji" has been created. The host of the website said, "I am one of the people who love Seo Tai Ji and his music and I want Seo Tai Ji to directly come out and let people know the truth. We hope that he will conclude this incident."
The website has also collected every news item and story concerning this incident. The two websites "lee-zia.com" and "seojinyo.com" seem to be different, but they both have commercial advertisements on their front pages, so the two websites have been criticized greatly as they tried to earn money by using two stars' private information.
