Actors and actress Park Min-young, Chun Jung-myung and Lee Jang-woo are coming together.
They have been cast for the new KBS 2 TV drama "Man of Honor".
"Man of Honor" is the story of Kim Young-kwang and Yoon Jae-in who were born to be Romeo and Juliet. The drama is to spread out the extreme race towards success and overcoming hardships through the characters who have lots of pain.
Chun Jung-myung is baseball player Kim Young-kwang who was a well off clean up hitter but falls to reserve grade after joining the professional team. He is confident and full of himself, not afraid to replay the glory of his past days even in the worst cases.
Park Min-young is a nurse Yoon Jae-in who has Nightingale as her motive and lives cheerfully in her difficult life. She is bright and energetic, always warm and upbeat about everything.
Lee Jang-woo, who gained popularity through the drama "Smile, Dong Hae" is Seo In-woo, the heir to a major sports clothing line and clean up hitter in the promising baseball team, Dragons, which his father owns. His view of the world is cynical and he bad tempered. He fights with Chun Jung-myung for Park Min-yeong.
Kim Jong-hak Productions says, "Chun Jung-myung, Park Min-young and Lee Jang-woo's casting is bringing attention to what this drama will turn out to be like. Kang Eun-kyeong's fun and firm script and Lee Jung-seob's detailed and sophisticated producing come together should create a product that gives courage to many of those who watch it".
To be aired after "The Princess' Man" in October.
