TVXQ member Shim Changmin will attend a special DVD release event for TV series "Paradise Farm" in Japan this November.
According to a report by Japanese sports outlet SANSPO on Wednesday, Changmin and actress Lee Yeon-hee will be in the country for the "Paradise Farm Premium Event 2011" which will take place in Yokohama on November 11 and eight days later in Osaka.
"Paradise Farm," which ran for two months starting January 24 on SBS, tells the story of Han Dong-joo (Changmin), a grandson of a conglomerate with a harsh yet loveable personality, who ends up living with his ex-wife named Lee Da-ji, played by Lee Yeon-hee, while developing a resort on Jeju Island.
The show, which brought in viewership ratings in the six to ten percent range, also made its premiere in Japan on Japan's Digital Adventure TV (DATV) in May.
Changmin made his debut in 2004 as part of TVXQ who is known as one of the leading dance groups in the K-pop scene. The duo recently placed at the No. 2 spot on Oricon's weekly music chart with their new single "Superstar."
