Eita’s upcoming action movie, “Wild 7“, has just revealed its first trailer through its official website, which also includes a first taste of L’Arc~en~Ciel’s new song that was written especially for the movie.
“Wild 7″ is based on a manga by Mochizuki Mikiya that was serialized in “Weekly Shonen King” from 1969 to 1979. It tells the story of a group called ‘Wild 7′, who are ex-cons-turned-cops that seek to persecute criminals. In the movie, Eita’s character will be involved in many motorcycle scenes that “rival that of a Hollywood action movie“.
In the trailer, viewers see the ‘Wild 7′ crew try to hunt down a criminal who stole a virus with a 90% high fatality rate, leaving an entire city in panic. It gives a first glimpse at all the bike, car, gun, and fire action scenes, as well as the impressive scale of the set.
The cast also includes Shiina Kippei, Abe Tsuyoshi, and Ukaji Takashi as members of the ‘Wild 7′, as well as Fukada Kyoko as a mysterious woman who’s on a vendetta. Meanwhile, Nakai Kiichi portrays a police inspector.
“Wild 7″ is slated to open in cinemas on December 21st.
