The producer claimed that the actress is 'ungrateful' for referring to someone else as her mentor.
At Tony Sun and Angel Han's wedding banquet in Taipei last week, producer Zhou You, who had discovered Angel, was unhappy to be seated at a side table and left the banquet in anger after the second course.
Even though the pair fell out due to contractual disagreements, Angel invited the producer to her wedding banquet. However, Zhou who was said to be unhappy with her seating arrangement, left the venue in anger after Angel thanked showbiz manager Sun Derong instead of her during the banquet.
After the banquet, Zhou reportedly labelled the bride "ungrateful."
Angel's mother spoke up on her behalf, asking everyone to "stop referring to Zhou You as Angel's god-mother".
Angel, who had not made any official statement, hinted at the incident on her Facebook post. The bride wrote, "It is not important what outsiders are talking about." Following her post, she wrote an entry on her microblog warning that, "Don't belittle me just because I am keeping quiet."
Tony expressed through his manager that he "respects whatever Angel's mother does."
