[News] Jang Keun-suk to attend 2 int'l music festivals this summer.

Jang Keun-suk, one of the most active Korean stars that has a foothold in acting and singing, will participate in two international music festivals opening this summer.

According to Tree J Company's press release Monday, he has been added to the growing list of artists to perform at the 2012 Ultra Music Festival Korea on August 3 and 4, and the 2012 Summer Sonic on August 18 and 19.

At the UMF Korea, the biggest electronic music festival in the world, the prince of Asia will share the stage with some of the most popular DJs and rock bands such as Carl Cox, Tiesto, Skrillex, and Steve Aoki.

After wrapping up his show in Seoul, he will rock out at Summer Sonic to be held in Tokyo and Osaka, each on August 18 and 19.

Known as one of the greatest rock music festivals, he will share the stage with big name musicians like Green day, Rihanna, Jamiroquai, Sigur ros, Ke$sha, and Hoobastank.

Jang has already set many records in Japan with his first official album by claiming the top spot on Oricon daily and weekly charts. In these two festivals, he will bring the audience to their feet as "Team H" with his musical partner, Big Brother.

Before taking part in aforementioned annual festivals, Jang plans to launch his Asia Tour, ‘2012 Jang Keun-suk Asia Tour in Seoul’ on July 7.
