Kim Bum may make a return to the small screen as he has received an offer to join the cast of writer Noh Hee Kyung‘s new project, ‘That Winter, The Wind Blows‘.
On October 9, Kim Bum’s agency, King Kong Entertainment, stated, “Kim Bum received a cast offer for ‘That Winter, The Wind Blows’. Although nothing has been confirmed as of yet, we’re reviewing the offer.”
‘That Winter, The Wind Blows‘ is another collaborative work by writer Noh Hee Kyung and producer Kim Tae Gyu, who previously worked together on ‘The World They Live In‘ in 2008. The new project is already receiving much interest as Song Hye Kyo and Jo In Sung have been confirmed to play the leads.
If Kim Bum accepts the proposal, this will be his first project after nearly a year since starring in jTBC‘s ‘Padam Padam‘.
‘That Winter, the Wind Blows’ is a remake of the Japanese drama ‘Love isn’t Necessary, Summer‘, which was also remade into a film titled ‘Love Me Not‘ starring Moon Geun Young and Kim Joo Hyuk. The drama will start airing early next year on KBS.
