The Taiwanese singer is in talks of hosting a new variety show and will be earning as much as other veteran host.
Selina Jen takes her entertainment career to new heights after recovering from her burnt accident. Reports suggest that the S.H.E singer will partner Taiwanese artiste, Na Dou (Lin You Zhi) to host a new variety show produced by Taiwan's television channel, Super TV.
The married singer will be reportedly paid NT$120,000 (approximately S$5076) per episode, which is equivalent to what veteran hosts Dee Hsu and Zhang Xiao Yan are currently earning.
Selina once expressed her passion in hosting when she was recuperating from her burnt injury. The producer of the kids programme was tempted to invite the 31-year-old as host after her well-received performance for Here Comes Kang Xi and Guess when she stood in as relief host.
Selina's management company, HIM International Music confirmed the news and mentioned both parties are "actively discussing further details right now" and the singer is "very satisfied with the proposed figure [earnings]".
The kids-centric programme will be aired during prime time on weekdays.
