Actor Jo In Sung recently suffered a hand injury while filming for the upcoming SBS drama ‘Wind Blows in Winter‘ (‘That Winter, The Wind Blows‘).
It has been revealed that the actor was sent to the emergency room immediately following his injury on the 4th and received 13 stitches on his hand in total.
After receiving treatment, Jo In Sung showed his professionalism by quickly returning to the drama set to finish the rest of his scenes.
A representative revealed, “After acting out a scene where [Jo In Sung] slams the wall, the glass beside it cracked, and he injured his hand. Since the lead actor suffered an unexpected injury, the staff and castmates were all anxious, but Jo In Sung’s calm nature brought the atmosphere on set back to normal and we completed filming.
Jo In Sung’s preparation for his return after five years to the small screen is impressive. One week ahead of the premiere of his drama, Jo In Sung puts up a strong front to prevent any possible interference with the filming schedule.”
We wish Jo In Sung a speedy recovery! Catch the premiere of ‘Wind Blows in Winter’ on February 13th KST!
