[News] “That Winter” Scoops Up 7th Throne, Curtains Close on “7th Grade”.

“That Winter, the Wind Blows,” the SBS drama topping the Wednesday and Thursday TV chart for over a month, has won its 7th crown, while the MBC series “7th Grade Civil Servant” finished its two-month run.

The Zo In-sung and Song Hye-kyo starrer secured the No. 1 position after drawing in an average of 13.1 percent viewers during the week of March 27 and 28, TNmS [Total National Multimedia Statistics] showed on Friday.

With only one week left to portray its bizarre love story, Oh Soo [Zo] and Oh Young [Song] ended their fake sibling relationship after she finds out the truth and Soo sheds tears of longing for Young, until he finds Young who has fainted in the shower booth.

The KBS blockbuster “IRIS 2” kept its sandwiched status with an average of 10.5 percent of viewers in the same time frame.

At the bottom of the chart, the MBC drama “7 th Grade Civil Servant” closed its curtains on its 20-episode romantic comedy at the National Intelligence Service, posting an average of 8.4 percent.

MBC is to fill the empty slot with a new fatal melodrama “When a Man Falls in Love,” starring Song Seung-Heon, Shin Se-Kyung, Chae Jung-Ahn, and Yeon Woo-Jin from April 3.

Meanwhile, Nielsen Korea showed the three dramas in the same order and similar figures from those of TNmS during the fourth week of March.

While “That Winter” continued its winning streak with 14.9 percent, “IRIS 2” and “7th Grade” followed next with 9.9 and 7.9 percent, respectively.
