키이스트, JYP엔터와 '홀림' 공동 설립

키이스트는 드라마 제작 사업을 위한 유한회사 '홀림'을 설립해 계열회사로 추가한다고 15일 밝혔다.

홀림 설립은 지난 6일 키이스트와 JYP 엔터테인먼트 간 드라마 제작을 위한 공동 계약 체결 공시에 관한 첫 번째 실행 단계이며 홀림을 중심으로 드라마 '드림하이' 제작 프로젝트가 진행된다.

'드림하이' 프로젝트는 국내 최초의 연예예술학교에 관한 드라마 제작에 관한 건으로 배우 배용준과 가수 박진영이 직·간접적으로 참여하는 사업이다.

홀림은 키이스트와 JYP엔터테인먼트가 각각 50%씩 출자해 총 1억원의 자본금으로 시작한다.

키이스트의 한 관계자는 "아시아를 뛰어넘어 전 세계의 이목을 집중시킬 수 있는 킬러 콘텐츠를 만들어내자는 의미에서 '홀리다'의 명사형인 홀림을 사명으로 정하게 됐다"고 설명했다.

관계자는 이어 "매니지먼트 및 관련 상품 기획·제작·유통의 일차적 연예 산업에서 나아가 다양한 방면에서 수익 창출이 가능한 문화 콘텐츠 생산 기업의 기반을 마련하겠다"고 말했다.
