New faces join our list of the world's most eligible aristocrats.

Prince Harry just can't win. Though he has the same royal pedigree and photogenic good looks, he's still a step down from brother William on Forbes' ranking of the world's young royals.

Prince William is easily the most famous sovereign. Thanks to a mother whose celebrity transcended the ranks of royalty, he has retained international curiosity. Compared to the wealth, intrigue and drama that surround today's celebrities, the lives of monarchs can seem stodgy, but continuous family drama has managed to keep the world interested in Queen Elizabeth and her flock.

That two-sided fame leads to an unsurprising result for our list: The Windsors won. Members of the British royal family again fill the top three spots thanks to the gossip-hungry nature of Europe's press and the family's continued pageantry and public pratfalls.

The second Windsor on our list proves life as a royal is not all about pomp. Prince Harry's bar hopping, alcohol and inappropriate getups attracted a lot of unwanted attention in recent years. Since breaking up with his girlfriend of five years in January, there has also been rampant public speculation about his latest amours.

The list ranks royals according to power, measured by international Web and media presence and family wealth. We only considered unmarried royals between 18 and 35 years old.

The 10 young royals on our list belong to five noble family lines and represent nearly $75 billion in combined wealth. While their fortunes have been affected by the global downturn, the majority of the families have significant wealth in property, jewels and art. Though in recent years, critics have been quick to point out that much of a monarch's personal wealth should be counted as a public asset, since most royal families receive annual allowances from the state.

At No. 3 on our list is Zara Phillips., the 27-year-old known for her riding skills and the 12th spot from the throne. She was slated to compete in Beijing last summer, but was forced to withdraw after her horse Toytown was injured. Last December, she fell from another horse and broke her collarbone.

A new name on the list this year landed at No. 7, Princess Eugenie, who turned 18 soon after the list was compiled last year. Now 19, the red-haired blue blood is quickly becoming a royal wild child after reports of smoking, running naked on school grounds and frequenting a pole-dancing club made headlines. She's currently on a trip around the world to fill her gap year.

Also among the notable changes from last year is the disappearance of Princess Victoria of Sweden from the ranks. After years of rampant speculation, longtime beau Daniel Westling officially took the princess off the market earlier this year.

If tabloid rumors prove correct again, Prince William may surrender his top spot for a life with Kate Middleton. Prince Harry may soon be a winner, after all.

While the British royal family has considerable wealth, the prince's place is primarily attributed to his international popularity and the media's habit of chronicling his every move. The 26-year-old is currently training to become a military helicopter pilot and recently made headlines for his reported desire to go to Afghanistan.
