Through her agency on Dec. 19, actress Kim Jung-hwa has admitted that she is currently in a relationship with musical actor Lee Seung-hyun.
"The two have been dating for the last five years. As both entertainers are busy and are in the prime of their careers, it's a bit too early to talk of marriage", said a representative from 4HIM Entertainment. The agency also expressed their hope for the public's support and interest in the couple.
The two met during their involvement in the musical " Audition " back in 2007.
As the 34-year-old Lee studied singing at Myongji University, he was able to help out 28-year-old Kim who was his co-star at the time. The couple, who played the leading male and female roles in the musical, became lovers in real life through working with one another. Lately the two have participated in volunteer work.
Currently Kim is featuring in the KBS2TV weekend period drama "Gwanggaeto the Great" as well as hosting a volunteer television program "Share Happiness". Lee is known in the musical industry for his performances in "Darling", Moby Dick" and "Paradise Ticket".
