Korean actor Park Si-hoo met with several hundred fans in Japan over the weekend for the promotional event for his TV series "The Princess' Man."
Along with his co-stars Hong Soo-hyung and Song Jong-ho at the Tokyo International Forum on September 2, Park and the other actors shared their stories about starring in "The Princess' Man," watched scenes from the series and shook hands with the attendees.
Surprising their fans, Park, Hong and Song staged a live performance of one of the songs from the drama's soundtrack, while Park performed a dance number.
Additionally, "The Princess' Man" actress Moon Chae-won recorded a video message for the fans, expressing her sadness for her absence.
"The Princess' Man," a Korean historical version of "Romeo and Juliet," tells the story of Princess Se-ryong [Moon] who falls in love with Kim Seung-yoo [Park], the son of the man who opposes Se-ryong's father's rise to become king.
The show maintained steady ratings in the high 20 percentile range and dominated the No. 1 spot on the Monday and Tuesday primetime lineup during its three-month run in July 2011.
