It looks like actors Ha Jung Woo and Jeon Ji Hyun will play a married couple again.
According to a source in the movie industry, Ha Jung Woo will be the main character in director Bang Eun Jin's movie "On The Way Home". Although several actresses were brought up, the main female role will most likely be played by Jeon Ji Hyun.
People are interested in the collaboration between Ha Jung Woo and Jeon Ji Hyun because they have already acted as a couple in the movie "Berlin", set to release early next year. They will also be playing a married couple in "On The Way Home".
The movie is about a woman who gets arrested and jailed after being falsely accused of delivering drugs and her husband's struggle to save her. The movie will be directed by Bang Eun Jin, who has directed "Princess Aurora" and "Suspect X", while CJ Entertainment will be the investing distributor. Filming will begin in January next year.
Ha Jung Woo again confirmed his status as a top star with two successful movies, "The War With Criminals: The Era Of The Bad Guys" and romantic comedy "Love Fiction", earlier this year. "The War With Criminals: The Era Of The Bad Guys" was the top box office hit during the first half of the year. He recently released another movie "Project 577", a documentary film. Jeon Ji Hyun said at the 17th Busan International Film Festival, "I just want to focus on my family right now. I haven't picked my next project yet. I hope to see you all again with a good project."
