With only a few days left before their first shooting, the cast and production crew of MBC’s upcoming drama, 7th Grade Civil Servant recently came all together for the first time.
Holding their first script reading for the upcoming drama, the drama’s cast members, including Joo Won, Jang Young Nam, Choi Kang Hee, 2PM’s Chansung, gathered at MBC’s Dream Center in Ilsan on November 20.
Choi Kang Hee expressed her eagerness to work with her peers for the drama saying, “I’ve come across a drama that’s made my heart flutter for the first time in a while. I’m happy I’m able to work with my senior and junior actors who I’ve always held tremendous respect for.”
Joo Won echoed her sentiments and said, “While I still lack many things, I’m thankful I’ve been given the opportunity to play such a great role. I’ll learn from my wonderful seniors.”
The drama is based on the 2009 movie, My Girlfriend is an Agent which starred Kim Ha Neul and Kang Ji Hwan.
MBC is planning a January 2013 premiere for the secret agent-themed drama.
