Song Joong Ki is definitely the hottest star in the scene these days. His film A Werewolf Boy passed the 5 million mark, and his KBS2 drama Nice Guy broke record after record before it went out with a bang with 18 percent viewership ratings (AGB Nielsen Media Research).

What, then, does Song Joong Ki think about his big fame?
A media day event was held at a restaurant in Seoul on November 23 to celebrate A Werewolf Boy′s 5 million record. Song Joong Ki, Park Bo Young, Yoo Yeon Seok and director Jo Sung Hee were present this day.

Song Joong Ki showed there that he was ever the modest boy.

"I actually don′t care much for such things [as fame]. I still have a lot to learn, and I′m not very experienced either. I′m the same person I was, but as my pieces have become popular I′m starting to be called [the trend]," he said.

When asked whether he feels the surge in fame, he answered, "My parents love it the most. This morning they told me to finish 500 autographs before I leave. I complained, but I′m proud and happy that my parents look on me so happily."

He finished, "I′m an actor who hasn′t been acting for that long. I believe nothing has changed for me even though I′ve become more famous. I still have a lot to learn, and I want to be a good actor rather than a popular one. I believe I need more experience to become a good actor. I′ll continue on calmly like I always did."
