Once dubbed as Hong Kong’s ”Golden Couple”, dating rumours between TVB artistes Raymond Lam and Michelle Ye reignited after they were seen teasing each other while filming their new drama.
Reuniting as an onscreen couple for the third time, the pair showed their good chemistry through their close interactions off cameras.
According to the Hong Kong media, Legend of the Purple Hairpin, a period show which features the both of them, is produced by Michelle. She even forked out RMB$4 million (about SGD $790,000) to get Raymond on board as lead actor.
It is also said that the 32-year-old actress who usually puts on a serious front with other actors and the production crew is exceptionally caring and gentle towards Raymond. Michelle even behaved like his girlfriend through small actions such as helping Raymond to tidy his costume.
