Yoo Ah In has male leader cast as King Sukjong of Joseon in the new SBS drama ‘Jang Ok Jung, Living in Love‘.

In this historical drama, the actor will be playing a character who is both charismatic and romantic, and will have a bittersweet love line with actress Kim Tae Hee, she cast as Jang Ok Jung or Lady Jang Hui-bin is one of the best known royal concubines of the Joseon Dynasty.

‘Jang Ok Jung, Living in Love‘ tells the story of Jang Hee Bin (Kim Tae Hee), a famous concubine in the Joseon Dynasty who was behind the deposition of King Sookjong’s (Yoo Ah In) wife, Queen In Hyun.

However, unlike the countless dramas and movies about this famous villain, this drama will tell the story of Jang Ok Jung before she became concubine Jang Hee Bin and focus on her role as a fashion designer and cosmetic maker in the Joseon era.

Yoo Ah In has previously starred in historical dramas including ‘Strongest Chil Woo‘, and ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal‘, so viewers are eager to see his acting in this new project.
