SBS TV series "Protect the Boss" will show in Malaysia starting next week.
An official from SBS Contents Hub told 10Asia over the phone on Thursday that "Protect the Boss" will air every Monday and Tuesday nights on Sony Pictures SET One in Malaysia starting September 12.
She added that SBS has received numerous inquiries about the distribution rights about the show from other countries in Asia though nothing has been finalized as of yet.
"Protect the Boss," starring Ji-sung, Choi Kang-hee, Wang Ji-hye and Kim Jae-joong, tells the story about Noh Eun-seol (Choi) who begins working as a secretary at a law firm where she meets her immature boss named Cha Ji-heon (Ji Sung).
The show has maintained steady viewership ratings in the high 12 to 15 percent range against its competitors KBS' "The Princess' Man" and MBC's "Hate to Lose" since it first aired in Korea on August 3.
