With less than a week to go, Park Shin Hye made a promise to hold a special event for fans if her upcoming tvN drama Flower Boys Next Door receive high ratings.
On January 3, the cast of Flower Boys Next Door held a press conference at the Imperial Palace hotel in Gangnam. There, Park Shin Hye made her promise.
Flower Boys Next Door is about a girl name Go Dok Mi, who hides in her apartment after being hurt by society.
“If ratings go over 5 percent, I will give free hugs to those who are hurting like Go Dok Mi,” said the actress. She added, “People these days don’t know who live next door to them. I hope that people will start showing more interest in their neighbors, imagining that there’s a flower boy or flower girl living next door.
The drama also stars Yoon Shi Yoon and Kim Ji Hoon. It begins on January 7.
