A memorial event will be held to commemorate Korean Singer and actor Park Yong-ha in Japan.
Park Yong-ha died in 2010. With many of his fans still remaining in Japan, “2013 Park Yong-ha Memories Tour In Japan“ will be held to mark the third anniversary of his death from April 13 to 28.
He was best known for his role in Asia as Sang-hyuk in the smash hit TV series "Winter Sonata" (KBS2, 2002), Park led an active acting career in Korea since his debut in 2004, last starring in drama "The Slingshot" and film "The Scam" last year.
The tour will be first held at Tokyo in 13 and will be held at Fukuoka, Osaka, Nagoya, and Sapporo. It will be held 20 times at a five different cities from April 13 to 28.
“2013 Park Yong-ha Memories Tour In Japan“ will introduce unreleased clips of Park Yong-ha. “People in Japan still commemorate late Korean actor Park Yong-ha who took his own life. They even made a day (every April 8) and call it the Park Yong-ha Day” said his brother-in-law who is also an CEO of the Yong-ha Entertainment Agency. He added that “The Japanese fans are still unable to let Park Yong-ha go and still paying their respects to Park Yong-ha.”
Park Yong-ha was discovered dead at his house June 30, 2010. He was 33 years old.
